【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricclockshavingaratedvoltagenotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesofappliancesthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare-alarmclocks;-spring-drivenclockswithanelectricallyoperatedwindingmechanism;-clocksincorporatingdrivingmeansotherthanmotors.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-battery-operatedclocks;-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-clockshavingotherfunctions,whetherornotincombinationwithtimeindication,suchasmastercontrolclocksandtimersforcookingranges,washingmachinesandsimilarappliances;-clocksfor"clocking-in"purposes;-clocksincorporatingelectroniccircuitsonly(IEC60065).
