【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisDocumentistodefinethescopeandapplicationofdigitalsystemtechniquesforimplementingdataacquisition,calculations,andresultspresentationforusewithASMEPerformanceTestCodes.ThisDocumentincorporatesinstrumentationpracticescoveredbyotherInstrumentsandApparatusSupplements(PTC19Series).TheDocumentisbasedontheuseofdigitalsystemscoveringawiderangeofcapabilityfromsimpledatagatheringequipmenttomultipurposeonlineorofflinedataprocessingdigitalsystems.Thejustificationforusingdigitaltechniquesmaybederivedfromavarietyofreasonseitherchosenbyorforcedontheuserbytheuniquecircumstancessurroundingtheuser.Amongthebenefitstobederivedfromapplyingthesetechniquesare:(a)savingsintestingcostsbyreductioninmanpower,lengthoftest,amountoftestingequipment,andcomputationaltime;(b)improvementinaccuracyandreliabilityofresults;(c)standardizedmethodsandprocedures;(d)simplifieddocumentationfortest;(e)providinguniformimplementationofASMEPerformanceTestCodemeasurements;(f)providingcurrentpretestreasonabilitycheckofdataandinstrumentation;(g)determiningsteadystateconditionsfortestinitiationandpotentialandpotentialimpactontestresults;visibilityofdataduringthetest(h)improvedvisibilityofdataduringthetestperiod.
